The Portal Archiving feature in LMS Portals allows administrators to take a portal offline while preserving all of its content, users, and configurations for future use.

All portal settings, content, and user records remain intact. When you are ready to use the portal again, it can be restored exactly as it was, eliminating the need to rebuild from scratch.Frees Up License Capacity
