LMS Portals is built on a multi-tenant architecture, designed to support the creation and management of multiple, fully independent learning environments—called portals—from a single centralized platform.
Each portal functions as a standalone LMS instance, complete with its own branding, users, courses, and reporting tools. This structure makes LMS Portals ideal for training providers, consultants, franchises, and enterprises that need to deliver tailored learning experiences to multiple audiences.
To launch a new portal:
Click the New Portal menu selection from the Administrator dropdown items.
When the Register a New Portal window appears, complete the fields to add a URL, enter your organization name, set a user limit, and choose whether or not to enable eCommerce from this portal.
