The Portal Selection page is your central hub for navigating and managing multiple learning portals within LMS Portals’ multi-tenant architecture. This page allows administrators to easily toggle between active portals, streamlining the process of performing administrative tasks across different clients, departments, or training audiences.

Archiving Inactive Portals:

If a portal is no longer in active use but may be needed again in the future, LMS Portals gives you the option to archive it. Archiving preserves the portal’s data, content, and structure without displaying it in the active list—ideal for seasonal programs, paused client contracts, or temporary training initiatives. You can reactivate an archived portal at any time without loss of information.
